Kurumsal yap\u0131lanma ve d\u00fczenlemelerde bir yandan iktidarlar\u0131n belirleyici g\u00fcc\u00fc \u00f6te yandan da sosyal bilimcinin \u00f6zellikle g\u00fc\u00e7 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n zay\u0131f olmas\u0131, sosyal bilimler alan\u0131n\u0131n yeterince geli\u015fememesinin ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla topluma katk\u0131n\u0131n yetersiz kalmas\u0131n\u0131n temel sebepleri aras\u0131ndad\u0131r. Muhit, sosyal bilimcinin geli\u015fiminde ona rehberlik eder. Her muhitin, ekol ve okulun sosyal bilimciye katabilece\u011fi art\u0131lar ve eksiler vard\u0131r.
