Bu kapsamda 1938-1943 aras\u0131nda her y\u0131l on sanat\u00e7\u0131y\u0131 g\u00f6revlendiren devlet, sanat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n g\u00f6revlendirildikleri illerde her t\u00fcrl\u00fc gereksinimlerini kar\u015f\u0131layacakt\u0131. Alt\u0131 y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde 48 ressam\u0131m\u0131z, 63 kente giderek 675 resim yapt\u0131lar. Toplanan resimler Ankara Halkevi binas\u0131nda izleyicilerin be\u011fenisine sunuldu.Karanl\u0131\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 ayd\u0131nl\u0131k ta\u015f\u0131ma g\u00f6revini \u00fcstlenmi\u015f bu sanat\u00e7\u0131lar, \u00e7a\u011fda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n bar\u0131\u015f el\u00e7isi olarak tarihteki sayg\u0131n yerlerini \u00e7oktan ald\u0131lar. Her birinin \u00f6tekinden ayr\u0131 \u00f6yk\u00fcleriyle sarmaland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu kitap, ak\u0131c\u0131 bir anlat\u0131mla yeniden ya\u015fam\u0131m\u0131za kat\u0131l\u0131yor.
