Ayr\u0131ca yar\u0131madan\u0131n en u\u00e7 noktas\u0131ndaki bu mevkii Ege ve Akdeniz&#8217;in birbirinden ayr\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 di\u011fer bir ifadeyle birle\u015fti\u011fi noktad\u0131r. Yar\u0131madan\u0131n kom\u015fular\u0131na bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kuzeyinde Bodrum Yar\u0131madas\u0131, kuzey bat\u0131s\u0131nda ise Kos Adas\u0131 yer al\u0131r.
