Nutuk, bu \u00f6zellikleriyle yak\u0131n tarihimizi ayd\u0131nlatan e\u015fine az rastlan\u0131r bir belge oldu\u011fu kadar, her T\u00fcrk \u00e7ocu\u011funun ve gencinin de elinden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmemesi gereken bir ba\u015fucu kitab\u0131d\u0131r.
