G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz Kazakistan co\u011frafyas\u0131ndaki Farab b\u00f6lgesinde IX. Y\u00fczy\u0131lda d\u00fcnyaya gelen Farabi , k\u0131rkl\u0131 ya\u015flar\u0131nda binlerce kilometreyi a\u015farak zaman\u0131n en ba\u015fta gelen bilim merkezi olan Ba\u011fdat\u2019a ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Farabi burada ve sonras\u0131nda bulundu\u011fu \u015eam\u2019da sadece \u0130slam d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve siyaset d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda de\u011fil bat\u0131da da etkileri y\u00fczy\u0131llarca devam edecek eserler kaleme ald\u0131. Dahas\u0131 o, \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli alanlarda yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 kitaplar, \u015ferhler ve risalelerle Kindi ve takip\u00e7ilerinin ard\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ek anlamda \u0130slam Felsefe Okulu\u2019nun kurucusu oldu. Bu anlamda Farabi, kendi d\u00f6nemine kadar nahiv, kelam, f\u0131k\u0131h ve tasavvuf ba\u011flam\u0131nda \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n genel anlamda Arap dil ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde bi\u00e7imlenen d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel ve pratik meselelerini felsefenin evrensel bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131yla ele alarak yepyeni bir sistem olu\u015fturdu.
