G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde de y\u00fcz y\u00fcze geldi\u011fimiz ulus-devlet tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131, K\u00fcrt sorunu, otoriter devlet gelene\u011fi, insan haklar\u0131 ve demokratikle\u015fme sorunu, Ab’ye kat\u0131l\u0131m s\u00fcreci, Y\u00d6K, asker-sivil ili\u015fkileri, e\u011fitim alanlar\u0131ndaki problemler, kamusal alan tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, siyasal partilerle halk ili\u015fkileri, ayd\u0131n dorunsalo, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve ifade \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, siyasal kat\u0131l\u0131m ve b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fme gibi krizlerin k\u00f6keninde de temel sorun olarak T\u00fcrk modernle\u015fme gelene\u011finin ideoloji ve \u00fctopya aras\u0131nda kalm\u0131\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 vard\u0131r. Bir yanda devletin toplumu d\u00fczenleme gereksinmi gere\u011fi bir ideoloji olarak Kemalizm, di\u011fer yanda topluma bunu kabullendirme\/meruiyet gere\u011fi bir \u00fctopya olarak Modernle\u015fme. \u00d6zellikle demokratikle\u015fme alan\u0131nda T\u00fcrk modernle\u015fmesi, bu ikircikli yap\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde toplumu d\u00fczenlemek ve kontrol etmek ideolojisi ile bireysel \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fim anlam\u0131nda modernle\u015fme \u00fctopyas\u0131 aras\u0131nda ciddi krizler ya\u015famaktad\u0131r. Bu durum “ideoloji”nin “\u00fctopya”y\u0131 yok etmesidir. T\u00fcrk modernle\u015fmesindeki bu ideolojik d\u00fczen kurgusu toplumu ve siyasay\u0131 kendi ger\u00e7ekli\u011fine kapat\u0131eken devleti de modernle\u015fmenin demokratik ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc y\u00f6n\u00fcne y\u00f6nelme a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan evrensel d\u00fcnyaya ve evrensel de\u011fer ve ilkelere kapatmaktad\u0131r. T\u00fcrk modernle\u015fmesi, modenle\u015fmenin en \u00f6nemli boyutu olan, “evrensellik” ilkesini ret \u00fczerine kurulu devrimci modernle\u015fme gelene\u011fi i\u00e7erisinde evrensel de\u011ferler (\u00fctopya) kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda i\u00e7ine b\u00fcz\u00fclerek (ideoloji) bireyi topluma, toplumu devlete, devleti ed evrenselli\u011fe kapatmaktad\u0131r. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7erisinde sadece topluma yabanc\u0131la\u015fm\u0131\u015f birey veya devlete yabanc\u0131la\u015fm\u0131\u015f toplum de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda evrensel d\u00fcnyaya yabanc\u0131la\u015fm\u0131\u015f bir devlet ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r.
