Yar\u0131\u015fmaya kat\u0131lacaklara, kaleme alacaklar\u0131 eserlerin \u201cmilli hayat\u0131m\u0131zdan al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 ve b\u00fcy\u00fck ink\u0131lab\u0131m\u0131zdan ilham almas\u0131\u201d \u015fart\u0131n\u0131 koyarlar. K\u0131sa s\u00fcrede \u00fc\u00e7 y\u00fcz\u00fc a\u015fk\u0131n film hik\u00e2yesi, gazete idarehanesine g\u00f6nderilir.
