Belediye ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6neminde Osman Kavuncu Modelini T\u00fcrk yerel y\u00f6netimler tarihine \u00f6nemli bir katk\u0131 olarak kazand\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
