Hi\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcphesiz k\u00fcreselle\u015fmede ve ileti\u015fimde gelinen a\u015faman\u0131n da etkisiyle daha \u00f6nceki salg\u0131nlarda t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyan\u0131n ayn\u0131 g\u00fcndeme bu d\u00fczeyde kilitlendi\u011fi ba\u015fka bir salg\u0131n hatta olay bu \u015fekilde belki de d\u00fcnya tarihinde ilk defa ya\u015fanmaktad\u0131r.D\u00fcnyan\u0131n bir \u00e7ok yerindeki gibi \u00fclkemizde de adeta her \u015fey yeniden g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irildi ve \u015fekillendi.
