T\u00fcrkiye a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bu ba\u011flamda \u00f6zellikle aile \u00f6nemli bir konumda ve iktidardakilerin hi\u00e7 dillerinden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmedikleri bir kavram. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de sosyal politikalar \u00f6teden beri, sosyal hizmetlerin klasik tan\u0131ml\u0131 aileyi g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmesine odaklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
