\u0130brahim SA\u011eIR1936 y\u0131l\u0131nda Bal\u0131kesir, G\u00f6nen \u0130l\u00e7esi Pa\u015fa \u00c7iftlik K\u00f6y\u00fc\u2019nde do\u011fdu. \u0130lkokulu k\u00f6y\u00fcnde, ortaokulu Band\u0131rma\u2019da bitirdi 1955 de Hv. Asb. Tek. Okulu\u2019na girdi. 1957 de T\u00fcrk Hava Kuvvetleri\u2019nde g\u00f6reve ba\u015flad\u0131. \u0130zmir, Eski\u015fehir, Malatya, olmak \u00fczere toplam 27 y\u0131l hizmet ettikten sonra 1984 y\u0131l\u0131nda emekliye ayr\u0131ld\u0131.1992 y\u0131l\u0131nda, sonralar\u0131 \u201c\u015e\u0130\u0130R AKADEM\u0130S\u0130\u201d diye bahsedilen Eski\u015fehir \u015eairler Derne\u011fi\u2019ni alt\u0131 arkada\u015f\u0131 ile birlikte kurdu. 1993 y\u0131l\u0131ndan beri bu derne\u011fin ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyor.Yaln\u0131zl\u0131k, umut ayr\u0131l\u0131k, umutsuzluk, sevgi, \u00f6zlem ve tasavvuf alan\u0131ndaki duygular\u0131n\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck bir ustal\u0131kla dile getiren \u0130brahim SA\u011eIR dilimizdeki kelimelere, c\u00fcmlelere \u00f6yle anlamlar y\u00fckledi ki hayran olmamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil.
