Nitekim bir paradigma de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi yaparak ilke temelli anayasal anlay\u0131\u015ftan hak temelli anlay\u0131\u015fa ge\u00e7en T\u00fcrk Anayasa Mahkemesi\u2019ne bireysel ba\u015fvuru imk\u00e2n\u0131 tan\u0131nd\u0131ktan sonra hak ihlallerinin \u00f6nlenmesi bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli kararlar\u0131n verildi\u011fi anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.
