\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131z\u0131n amac\u0131, sosyoloji ve tarih felsefesinin kurucusu \u00fcnl\u00fc \u0130sl\u00e2m filozofu \u0130bn Hald\u00fbn\u2019un, siyaset ve devlet felsefesine dair g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerinin Osmanl\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesindeki yans\u0131malar\u0131n\u0131 tespit etmektir. Bu ama\u00e7la \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, Osmanl\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrlerinden \u0130bn Hald\u00fbn\u2019un en \u00e7ok etkisinin g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc K\u00e2tip \u00c7elebi, Na\u00eem\u00e2 ve Ahmet Cevdet Pa\u015fa d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceleriyle s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u201c\u0130bn Hald\u00fbn\u2019un Siyaset ve Devlet Felsefesine Dair G\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerinin Osmanl\u0131 D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesindeki Yans\u0131malar\u0131\u201d adl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131z giri\u015f, \u00fc\u00e7 b\u00f6l\u00fcm, sonu\u00e7 ve bibliografyadan olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Giri\u015f b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde, genel olarak siyaset ve devlet felsefesi kavramlar\u0131n\u0131n tan\u0131m\u0131 ve i\u00e7eri\u011fi ele al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130lk b\u00f6l\u00fcmde konunun tarihsel s\u00fcre\u00e7teki geli\u015fimi irdelenmi\u015ftir.
