Covid-19 pandemisinin toplum sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 noktas\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 riski en aza indirmek, sosyal mobiliteyi azaltmak, izolasyon ve filyasyon tedbirlerini hayata ge\u00e7irmek \u00fczere bakanl\u0131klar, valilikler, kaymakaml\u0131klar, kamu kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131nca bir\u00e7ok \u00f6nlem al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f ve bu \u00f6nlemler h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde hayata ge\u00e7irilmi\u015ftir. Bu ba\u011flamda Covid-19 ile m\u00fccadele kapsam\u0131nda Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Bilim Kurulu\u2019nun \u00f6nerileri \u00fczerine Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n talimatlar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda merkezde al\u0131nan kararlar\u0131n \u00fclke genelinde h\u0131zl\u0131 bi\u00e7imde uygulamaya aktar\u0131lmas\u0131nda ise m\u00fclki idare amirleri kilit bir \u00f6neme sahip olmu\u015flard\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca Covid-19 pandemisi her ne kadar bir halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorunu olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclse de etkiledi\u011fi alanlar ve ortaya \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorunlar hasebiyle s\u00fcrecin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesinde kamusal idarenin do\u011fas\u0131 gere\u011fi de m\u00fclki idare amirleri \u00f6nemli i\u015flevler \u00fcstlenmi\u015flerdir.
