T\u00fcrk milliyet\u00e7ili\u011finin siyasette sahip olabilece\u011fi k\u0131ymet ve \u00f6neme dair “\u00dc\u00e7 Tarz-\u0131 Siyaset”ten \u00f6nce bu derece a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k ve katiyetle fikir beyan eden bir eser yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f de\u011fildir. Ak\u00e7ura, bu eseriyle Bat\u0131 yaz\u0131n\u0131nda da T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fck hareketinin \u00f6nc\u00fc, kurucu ve yay\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131ndan olarak g\u00f6sterilmi\u015ftir. Kitab\u0131n bu bas\u0131m\u0131 1904, 1907 ve 1911 y\u0131llar\u0131ndaki eski yaz\u0131 bas\u0131mlar\u0131ndan \u00e7evriyaz\u0131 ve sadele\u015ftirme yoluyla haz\u0131rland\u0131. \u0130stanbul (1911) bas\u0131m\u0131 esas al\u0131nmakla beraber, Kahire’de yay\u0131mlanan T\u00fcrk gazetesindeki tefrika (1904) ve Kahire (1907) bas\u0131mlar\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki farklar dipnotlarla g\u00f6sterildi.
