Bundan dolay\u0131d\u0131r ki, \u201c\u0130nsanca Y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f Toplumsal Dirili\u015f\u201d olarak \u015fekillenmi\u015ftir yolumuz. \u00d6yle bir y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f ki, amac\u0131 ve hedefi belli fakat son dura\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmemi\u015ftir. Tarihsel ve bilimsel s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7erisinde, do\u011fal ve insani talepler do\u011frultusunda s\u00fcrekli de\u011fi\u015fip, geli\u015fecek, b\u00fcy\u00fcyecek bir toplumsal hareketin \u00f6zneleri olmaya niyetlendik kurgumuzda. Bu toplumsal b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fck bizi, evrensel de\u011ferlere de kavu\u015fmay\u0131 sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r. Ve insan uyan\u0131nca, azim ve inanc\u0131; onu kararl\u0131l\u0131kla, en ideal ufuklara ta\u015f\u0131yacakt\u0131r.    Kurgusal anlat\u0131m\u0131m\u0131zda; aray\u0131\u015f, m\u00fccadele, kavray\u0131\u015f, \u00e7ileler, zorluklar, \u00fcretim, y\u00f6netim, m\u00fczakere, co\u015fku, huzur, a\u015fk, doyumsuzluk, k\u0131skan\u00e7l\u0131klar, cehalet, itham, adalet, savunma, anlam aray\u0131\u015f\u0131, y\u00f6netim modeli\u2026 ve benzeri konular\/kavramlar i\u015flenmi\u015ftir.    \u0130nsan haklar\u0131 hukuku, ceza ve ceza muhakamesi hukuku, hukukun evrensel ilkeleri hakk\u0131nda, bilin\u00e7 art\u0131rma gayreti oldu\u011fu gibi, demokratik\/laik\/ hukukun \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ilke edinmi\u015f, sosyal bir devlet nas\u0131l olmal\u0131 ve nas\u0131l y\u00f6netilmeli aray\u0131\u015flar\u0131na da a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k verilmi\u015ftir.    Bireyin hukuk bilincini, toplumun yarg\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc, yarg\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcvenini art\u0131ran ve modern d\u00fcnyayla b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fmek i\u00e7in; kabul edilebilir bir bilgi, bilin\u00e7, idrak, irade ve eylem plan\u0131na ihtiya\u00e7 var. \u00d6nce din ve inan\u00e7lar ile yola \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p; sonra bilim, mant\u0131k, etik, siyaset ve hukukla i\u00e7li-d\u0131\u015fl\u0131 oldu\u011fumuzda, hepsini dine uyarlama, onun s\u00fczgecinden ge\u00e7irme, senkronize etme ihtiyac\u0131 duyabiliriz. Fakat \u00f6nce d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve davran\u0131\u015f, bilin\u00e7 donan\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 geli\u015ftirirsek; inan\u00e7lar\u0131m\u0131z daha kal\u0131c\u0131, kapsay\u0131c\u0131, g\u00fcven verici, tutarl\u0131, kucaklay\u0131c\u0131, sevgi ve umut dolu olacakt\u0131r.   -Serzeni\u015f- D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceyi hakir g\u00f6r\u00fcp Mant\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015f\u00fcpheye katt\u0131k Ahl\u00e2kla yo\u011furmak varken; Odundan adam yaratt\u0131k.   \u015eiirsel serzeni\u015f ve \u00f6zdeyi\u015fimizle de bu paradigmam\u0131z\u0131 peki\u015ftirelim. Fakat insan\u0131n olgunlu\u011fa, doygunlu\u011fa, derinli\u011fe, i\u00e7tenli\u011fe, b\u00fct\u00fcnselli\u011fe eri\u015fmesi; kendi tercih, irade ve giri\u015fimleriyle olacakt\u0131r. Olgunla\u015fmak da odunla\u015fmak da bizim elimizde. Bu dar ve k\u0131s\u0131r d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin i\u00e7erisinde bo\u011fulanlar\u0131, \u00f6nce \u0131slah etmek, yarg\u0131lamak, en g\u00fczele davet etmek bir insanl\u0131k g\u00f6revi oldu\u011fu gibi; en az\u0131ndan cayd\u0131r\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k ad\u0131na, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte, koruyucu \u00f6nlemler almak, tedirgin ve rahats\u0131z etmek de toplumsal bir sorumluluktur. Ge\u00e7mi\u015fe ancak; kronolojik g\u00f6zlem, deneyim, ibret, bilgi, k\u0131yas ve ders almak i\u00e7in bakmal\u0131y\u0131z.Ge\u00e7mi\u015fe \u00f6zlemle s\u0131\u011f\u0131nmak, geri gelece\u011fini ummak, beklenti i\u00e7inde olmak; ancak nostaljik bir hat\u0131ra, an\u0131 olarak kalabilir. Umut ve \u00f6zlemlerimiz aras\u0131na katmak ise g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc ve gelece\u011fimizi yaralayabilir. Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda sahibine fazladan bir faydas\u0131 olmayan, onu y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131maktan, hakir g\u00f6r\u00fclmekten al\u0131koymayan bir \u201cat nal\u0131\u201d u\u011fur getirsin diye d\u0131\u015f kap\u0131ya \u00e7ivilense, kime ne faydas\u0131 olabilir ki? Buradan \u00e7\u0131karaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ders \u015fudur; varolu\u015fu, gere\u011fi, amac\u0131, niteli\u011fi ve donan\u0131m\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, hi\u00e7bir nesne, obje ve canl\u0131ya abart\u0131l\u0131 de\u011fer bi\u00e7memek. Mant\u0131k, bilim, ak\u0131l ve s\u00fcrekli geli\u015fmekte olan deneyimlerin kapsam\u0131nda h\u00fck\u00fcm ve tan\u0131m geli\u015ftirmek daha makul ve kabul edilebilir bir yakla\u015f\u0131m olur. \u00c7\u0131k\u0131\u015f noktam\u0131z neresidir, hangi donan\u0131m, birikim ve g\u00fc\u00e7le, kimlerle, nereye varmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz? Neye davet ediyoruz? Fantastik, mitolojik, \u00fctopik ve macerac\u0131 polisiye kurgudan \u00f6te; ya\u015fam\u0131n her alan\u0131na dokunan, iddias\u0131n\u0131, \u00f6nerisini, tezini, gerek\u00e7esini ve savunmas\u0131n\u0131 da b\u00fcnyesinde bar\u0131nd\u0131ran; ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i bir yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n, yaz\u0131ya d\u00f6k\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f a\u015fk\/sevgi\/heyecan\/\u00f6zveri ve azimle harmanlanm\u0131\u015f haliyle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015facaks\u0131n\u0131z.
