O d\u00f6nemlerde yap\u0131land\u0131rmac\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131m yakla\u015f\u0131k 5 y\u0131ld\u0131r uygulanmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen bir yandan \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin bu yakla\u015f\u0131ma y\u00f6nelik \u00f6n yarg\u0131lar\u0131 devam ederken bir yandan da yeni \u00f6\u011fretim y\u00f6ntem ve teknikleri aray\u0131\u015flar\u0131na girilmi\u015fti. Gerek ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar gerek \u00f6\u011fretmenler yap\u0131land\u0131rmac\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131ma y\u00f6nelik uygulamalara ihtiya\u00e7 duymaktayd\u0131lar. \u00d6zellikle d\u00fcnyada yap\u0131land\u0131rmac\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131mla ilgili literat\u00fcrbilgileri yer al\u0131rken uygulamalar yetersiz kalmaktayd\u0131.Yapaca\u011f\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hem yap\u0131land\u0131rmac\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n savundu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceleri ortaya koymak hem de ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lara ve \u00f6\u011fretmenlere uygulamaya y\u00f6nelik bir bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 kazand\u0131rmal\u0131yd\u0131. Yap\u0131land\u0131rmac\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n y\u00fcksek lisans tezinde de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan biri olarak bana en \u00e7ok yans\u0131yan y\u00f6nlerinden biri, bireysel farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n \u00f6nemine vurgu yapmas\u0131 oldu. O d\u00f6nemlerde mesle\u011finin 8. y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 geride b\u0131rakan bir \u00f6\u011fretmen olarak ayn\u0131 ya\u015flarda olup \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 \u00f6zelliklere sahip \u00e7ocuklarla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma f\u0131rsat\u0131m olmu\u015ftu. Bununla birlikte yeti\u015fkin e\u011fitimleri vermeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. Yeti\u015fkinlerin de \u00f6\u011frenme ortam\u0131na getirdikleri farkl\u0131 deneyimler, farkl\u0131 ilgi alanlar\u0131 bulunmaktayd\u0131.Hem \u00e7ocuklara hem yeti\u015fkinlere e\u011fitimler veren bir \u00f6\u011fretmen olarak bireysel farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurman\u0131n gereklili\u011fini \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131karma ihtiyac\u0131 hissettim. O d\u00f6nemlerde hayat\u0131ma iki anlaml\u0131 s\u00f6z girmeye ba\u015flad\u0131. Biri Waldorf yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n felsefesini olu\u015fturan &#8220;Her \u00e7ocu\u011fun ritmi farkl\u0131d\u0131r\u201d di\u011feri ise Gregory ve Chapman\u2019\u0131n (2002) farkl\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f \u00f6\u011fretimin \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f noktas\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturan &#8220;ayn\u0131 elbise her bedene uymaz\u201d. Ho\u015f geldin hayat\u0131ma farkl\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f \u00f6\u011fretim\u2026\u00d6nce derin bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma s\u00fcreci ba\u015flad\u0131. Neredeyse d\u00fcnyada farkl\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f \u00f6\u011fretim ile ilgili yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara ula\u015ft\u0131m. Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i \u00dcniversitesinin k\u00fct\u00fcphanesinin dili olsa da konu\u015fabilse o g\u00fcnleri. E\u011fitimlerden sonra yeri geldi eklemeler yapt\u0131m, yeri geldi i\u015flemeyen k\u0131s\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131m, yeri geldi farkl\u0131 ba\u011flant\u0131lar kurdum\u2026Hem uygulad\u0131m hem \u00f6\u011frendim\u2026. \u00f6\u011frendiklerimi geli\u015ftirdim\u2026.bug\u00fcn ise \u00f6\u011frendiklerim, deneyimlediklerim, heyecan\u0131m bir kitaba d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Doktora tez s\u00fcrecimden bug\u00fcne kadar edindi\u011fim deneyimler do\u011frultusunda farkl\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f \u00f6\u011fretimi e\u011fitim alan\u0131na bir bak\u0131\u015f getirmesi amac\u0131yla bu kitab\u0131 haz\u0131rlad\u0131m.
