O e\u011fitime ve \u00f6\u011fretmene verdi\u011fi \u00f6nemi, 1921 y\u0131l\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131n top seslerinin Ankara\u2019da duyuldu\u011fu g\u00fcnlerde bir Maarif Kongresi toplayarak g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir.Mustafa Kemal Atat\u00fcrk\u2019e g\u00f6re bir milletin iki ordusu vard\u0131; bunlardan ilki \u201casker ordusu\u201d, ikincisi ise \u201cirfan ordusu\u201d. T\u00fcrk ordusunun cephede elde etti\u011fi zaferin kazan\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n kal\u0131c\u0131 olmas\u0131, \u201cirfan ordusu\u201d taraf\u0131ndan kazan\u0131lacak zafere ba\u011fl\u0131yd\u0131. \u00d6\u011fretmene verilen g\u00f6rev Cumhuriyet\u2019i yerle\u015ftirmek ve ya\u015fatmakt\u0131.
