B\u00f6l\u00fcm, demokratik toplumlar\u0131n vazge\u00e7ilmez unsuru olan sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n sosyolojik i\u015flevlerine de\u011finerek, Almanya\u2019da aktif olarak faaliyet g\u00f6steren baz\u0131 T\u00fcrk derneklerini tan\u0131tmaktad\u0131r. Bunun yan\u0131nda, Dernek Sosyolojisi alan\u0131 i\u00e7inde de\u011ferlendirilebilecek, Alman ve T\u00fcrk akademisyenler taraf\u0131ndan daha \u00f6nce yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar bu b\u00f6l\u00fcmde zikredilmi\u015ftir. Almanya\u2019da 3000\u2019e yak\u0131n T\u00fcrk derne\u011fi oldu\u011fu tahmin edilmektedir. III. B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u2019de, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki te\u015fkilat\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k\/dernek\u00e7ilik kavram\u0131 irdelenmi\u015f olup, siyasi ve toplumsal bir reaksiyonun neticesi olarak kuruldu\u011fu telakki edilen T\u00fcrkiye Atat\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fc D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce Dernekleri tan\u0131t\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, daha sonra Almanya\u2019da bu derneklerin te\u015fekk\u00fcl\u00fc ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak, ADD\u2019lerin \u00e7at\u0131 kurumu olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclebilecek 2 birlik\/platform hakk\u0131nda bilgi verilmi\u015ftir. Eserin, g\u00f6zlem, m\u00fclakat ve analiz k\u0131s\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7eren ana b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc IV.
