Ancak, 2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda yay\u0131mlanan 6360 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanunla b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehirlerde il \u00f6zel idarelerinin t\u00fczel ki\u015fili\u011finin kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f ve 2014 y\u0131l\u0131 mahalli se\u00e7imlerinden sonra b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir olan 30 ilde uygulamaya ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir. 2019 y\u0131l\u0131 itibar\u0131yla 51 ilde il \u00f6zel idaresi bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma il \u00f6zel idaresini konu almaktad\u0131r. Amac\u0131, organlar\u0131 ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere il \u00f6zel idaresini \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc olarak incelemektir. Bu ama\u00e7 do\u011frultusunda ayr\u0131nt\u0131lara fazla yer verilmeden il genel meclis, il enc\u00fcmeni ve valinin g\u00f6rev, yetki ve sorumluluklar\u0131 ele al\u0131nmaktad\u0131r.
