1915’te \u00c7anakkale Bo\u011faz\u0131’ndan ge\u00e7erek \u0130stanbul’u i\u015fgal etmek isteyen \u0130tilaf Devletleri’ne kar\u015f\u0131, sekiz aydan daha fazla s\u00fcren ve \u00e7ok a\u011f\u0131r ko\u015fullarda cereyan eden Gelibolu Yar\u0131madas\u0131’ndaki sava\u015f\u0131, \u00e7ok az Alman bilir.B\u00fcy\u00fck T\u00fcrk Ordusu i\u00e7erisine da\u011f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f yakla\u015f\u0131k 500 Alman, parlak ve yak\u0131c\u0131 g\u00fcne\u015f alt\u0131nda, \u00fclkesinden uzaklarda, yetersiz cephaneyle, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc \u0130ngiliz ve Frans\u0131z \u00e7\u0131karma kuvvetlerine kar\u015f\u0131, s\u00fcrekli gemi bombard\u0131man\u0131 alt\u0131nda, Alman ad\u0131n\u0131n \u015ferefine ve takdirine uygun bir \u015fekilde \u00e7arp\u0131\u015ft\u0131lar!1915’te ba\u015flayan Alman Askeri Misyonlu\u011fu \u00fczerinden yakla\u015f\u0131k 12 y\u0131l ge\u00e7tikten sonra, 500 Alman arkada\u015f\u0131n her birinin, cesurca ve sil\u00e2hlar\u0131na sar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olarak, T\u00fcrk-Alman \u0130ttifak Atla\u015fmas\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde sava\u015fmas\u0131, tek kelimeyle, d\u00fcnya tarihinde ems\u00e2li g\u00f6r\u00fclmeyen bir olayd\u0131.
