T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin teknolojiyi transfer eden de\u011fil, teknolojiyi \u00fcreten ve d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda rekabet g\u00fcc\u00fcne sahip bir \u00fclke konumuna gelmesi alan\u0131nda iyi yeti\u015fmi\u015f insan g\u00fcc\u00fcyle m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Bunu ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde \u00f6\u011frencilerimizin veri toplamas\u0131 ve de\u011ferlendirmesi, problem \u00e7\u00f6zme becerilerinin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, bilgi ve becerilerle donat\u0131lmas\u0131 her zamankinden daha \u00f6nemli hale gelmi\u015ftir.
