Asl\u0131nda bu vasiyetler, \u00f6\u011f\u00fctler, tavsiyeler; O\u011fuz Ka\u011fan\u2019\u0131n s\u00f6yledi\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclen \u00f6zl\u00fc s\u00f6zler T\u00fcrk toplumunun binlerce y\u0131ll\u0131k -yaz\u0131l\u0131 olmayan- anayasas\u0131 gibidir. Bir araya getirilen bu s\u00f6zlerin pek \u00e7o\u011fu h\u00e2l\u00e2 T\u00fcrk toplumunun her kesiminde canl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 korumaktad\u0131r. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ile tecr\u00fcbelere dayal\u0131 olarak yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ve yap\u0131lmamas\u0131 gereken ne varsa T\u00fcrk toplumuna sunulmaktad\u0131r.
