Bu nedenle hem hukuk fak\u00fcltesi  \u00f6\u011frencileri  hem de h\u00e2kim, savc\u0131 ve avukatlar  i\u00e7in zihinlerinde beliren bir\u00e7ok sorunun a\u00e7\u0131k cevab\u0131na buradan ula\u015fmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.
