This book is a book on mindfulness. Conscious awareness -known as mindfulness- is a rather abstract concept, even for adults. Our author has undertaken a very difficult task in this sense and she took up her pen to introduce this concept to children. This book, which deals with “breath” as the first step on the path of discovery, aims to show children the ways to recognize their breath and to explore themselves and their breathing by using their senses. It is a bedside book for adults as well as for children. The miracle of the “breath” and the awareness of the “moment” could only be explained so well to children!
